Our honey is selected directly from small family beekeepers in Greece who work closely with nature and the seasons. Each variety reflects its place of origin, from wild thyme and oak forests to the fir covered mountains of Greece. We choose honey for its character, purity and distinctive taste.

Yes. Our raw honey is kept as close as possible to its natural state and is not subjected to the high heat commonly used in industrial processing. This helps preserve its natural aroma, flavour and character.

Our honey comes from carefully selected regions across Greece. We work with small family beekeepers whose hives follow different landscapes and seasonal blossoms, allowing each honey to develop its own distinctive character.

Crystallisation is completely natural and is often a sign that honey has remained close to its natural state. The timing varies depending on the floral source and natural sugar composition. If you prefer it liquid, gently warm the jar in lukewarm water.

Keep your honey tightly closed at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. There is no need to refrigerate it.

Nomadic beekeeping is a traditional practice in which beekeepers move their hives throughout the year, following seasonal blossoms and different landscapes. This allows the bees to forage where nature is at its best and gives each honey its distinctive origin and character.

Enjoy it just as it is, or add it to yoghurt, fruit, tea and breakfast. It also pairs beautifully with cheese and can be used in dressings, marinades, baking and cooking. Different varieties bring their own flavour, so there is plenty to explore.

No. Our honey contains no added sugar, syrup or other ingredients. What is in the jar is simply honey, produced by the bees and selected by us for its origin, quality and character.
